A table cell renderer which can be configured with a ValueRenderer to control the display string presentation of a table cell value.

You really oughta be able to get control over this in the standard Swing table cell rendering. But you can't, so here we are.

This is actually pretty useless, you probably don't need a configurable renderer if this is really all you're doing.
